How is pricing structured?

Programs are priced by duration and format (live cohort vs. hybrid). Your checkout includes a clear breakdown and a receipt email immediately after payment. If you’re comparing options, send your goal and timeframe via “Ask a question” and we’ll recommend the best fit.

Do I receive a certificate?

Yes. On completion you receive a verifiable digital certificate with a unique ID. You can attach it to your CV, portfolio, or professional profiles as proof of training and attendance.

Are cohorts friendly to any time zone?

Yes. We run multiple regional cohorts and rotate start times. If none match your availability, we can place you on the next suitable cohort or suggest a hybrid path with async practice prompts.

What is your refund policy?

Full refund within 7 days of the first live session—no questions asked. If something changes later, contact us and we’ll try to reschedule you to a future cohort.

Do I need prior public speaking experience?

No. We start from foundations (structure, clarity, confidence) and scale difficulty as you improve. Advanced participants get deeper feedback on narrative, persuasion, Q&A, and executive presence.

How much time does the course require each week?

Most learners spend 2–4 hours per week: live session time plus short drills (voice, pacing, structure) and one recorded practice. We optimize for consistent, low-friction progress rather than heavy homework.

What if I miss a live session?

You’ll receive guidance on how to catch up and complete the practice prompts. If your cohort includes recordings, you can review key sections and submit your practice for feedback.

How does feedback work?

Feedback is structured and actionable: what to keep, what to change, and one focused drill to practice next. We emphasize clarity, credibility, pacing, and audience alignment—then add advanced elements like objection handling and framing.

Do you offer accessibility accommodations?

Yes. Tell us what you need (captions, additional prep time, anxiety-friendly formats, etc.) and we’ll adapt wherever possible. Use the “Ask a question” form and include your preferred communication method.
