If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you represent you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or use of your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.
All materials provided through the Service (including videos, exercises, recordings, worksheets, and curriculum) are owned by AgileCell Speaking or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content for your personal learning only.
- You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share Content unless explicitly permitted in writing.
- You may not record or retransmit live sessions without permission.
- We may remove or restrict access to Content at any time to comply with law, protect users, or maintain quality.
Prices, subscription terms (if any), and what’s included are shown at checkout or in the relevant purchase flow. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
Payments are handled securely by our payment partners. We do not store full card details on our servers.
- You authorize us (and our payment partners) to charge your selected payment method for purchases you make.
- If your payment fails or is reversed (chargeback), we may suspend access until the issue is resolved.
- Keep billing information accurate to avoid interruptions.
We want the Service to be a good fit. If you purchase a plan that includes live instruction, we offer a refund request window of 7 days after your first live session.
- Refund requests must be submitted within the window; requests outside it may be declined.
- We may ask for basic details (purchase ID, email, date of first live session) to process your request.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method when feasible and may take several business days depending on your provider.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited behavior includes:
- Harassing, threatening, impersonating, or discriminating against others.
- Uploading malware, scraping the site excessively, or attempting to bypass security controls.
- Reverse engineering or interfering with Service functionality.
- Using the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- Sharing access credentials or enabling unauthorized access to paid Content.
We may investigate violations and take action including content removal, account suspension, or termination.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Learning outcomes depend on many factors (practice time, attendance, and individual differences). We do not guarantee specific results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgileCell Speaking will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page.
If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice (for example, a notice on the site). Your continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
